If you or your client notice a discrepancy in a transaction before clicking Post, you can edit the transaction, amount and account type. You cannot edit a transaction after it has posted.
Transactions that can be edited in TellerNow! include:
- ITM Cash Deposit
- ITM Check Deposit
- ITM Cash Withdrawals
- Express Transfers in TellerNow! (does not post through TellerNow!)
- Cashing Checks in TellerNow!
- Express Cash Exchanges
Click on the accordions below for instructions on editing transactions.
Editing in TellerNow!
To edit an item in a TellerNow! transaction window, do the following:
- In TellerNow! > Transaction Summary, locate the line item that needs to be adjusted.
- Click Edit.
- The transaction window reopens for you to make changes to the transaction, amount, account type and number.
- Click Done to return to the main TellerNow! window for posting.
Delete
Editing in Teller Processing
If a transaction in your Teller Processing drawer needs correction (for example: a forgotten ITM#, missed driver's license number, or incorrect check number), do the following:
- In Teller Processing > Transaction History, select the transaction.
- Click Redo.
- In the new window, type a brief description why the transaction is being redone.
- Click OK.
- This reopens the transaction screen for you to make your corrections.
