The cutoff time for all outgoing wires is 2:00 PM EST.
If a client requests to send a Domestic or Foreign wire after the cutoff time and cannot return the following day:
- Input the wire instructions, but Electronic Services (ES) will hold the wire and will not process it until the next business day.
- Inform the client the wire will not be processed until the next morning.
- Review the wire form.
- Print the wire form, have the client verify wire instructions, and obtain client's signature.
- Input associate must sign the wire form. Obtain approval if necessary.
- On the form under the date and sequence number write Next Day Wire.
- E-mail _Wires Group if the client needs the wire to be sent the same day and ES will determine if the wire can be sent.
