Clients can contact our offices to request copies of statements for a fee. The statements and their corresponding fees are:
- Up to 6 months of statements = $5 per statement
- More than 6 months of statements = $25 research fee + $5 per statement
- Requires Synapsys Service Event = Click the Synapsys tab below for procedures.
Clients can choose to enroll in eDocuments through the Online Banking service. Clients must have a checking account or savings account in order to enroll in e-Statements. To obtain statements or activities reports for a client, click the appropriate tab below.
Office
Clients can visit our offices to request statement or account activity. You can pull temporary statements/account activity and official monthly statements from Xperience. Provide this to the client for a $5 per statement service fee.Temporary Statements
In Xperience, do the following:- Pull up client in Customer & Account Inquiry.
- Click Related Functions > History.
- Click Activity Statement.
- From the drop-down menu choose Date Range.
- Enter a begin date and end date and then click OK. Xperience creates a temporary statement that includes all activity for the selected date range.
- Click the Service Fee tab to see how to charge the applicable fee.
Official Monthly Statements
Associates can pull up to 18 months of statements for a client. These print exactly like the statements that are mailed to clients each month and include credits grouped together, debits, checks, and daily balances.
In Xperience, do the following:
- Look up client using the Customer & Account Inquiry tab.
- Choose the appropriate account.
- Click Related Functions > Document/Image Inquiry.
- Click the Statements tab.
- Double-click the statement needed.
- Click the Service Fee tab to see how to charge the applicable fee.
Service Fee
To assess the $5 per statement fee:
In Xperience do the following:
- Click Related Functions > Service Fees.
- Click the Today's Fees tab and then Add.
- From the drop-down menu choose the fee code IS Instant Statement Printout Fee.
- Click OK. The fee amount fills in.
- Click OK.
Client Services Center
To request client statements submit a request to the chat correspondence associates.

Synapsys Event
To request client statements submit a Synapsys Service event as follows:
- In Xperience, click Related Functions > CRM.
- Click New Event/Activity > Create New Event > Service Session.
- Choose Research > Research - Statement Copy.
- Click OK.
- Complete the following fields:
Priority
- Defaults to Standard Research
- Set to Priority Research if there was a bank error, client needs for legal reasons, and so on.
Account Number
Select from the Associated Accounts list.
Statement Dates
Set this to the date range requested by the client.
Statements may drop mid-month, so the previous or subsequent month may be required to fulfill the client's request.
Send Statement to
From the drop-down menu, choose Associate.
Charge
From the Charge drop-down menu, choose the appropriate option.
