Associates of Capital City Bank are eligible to receive one free checking account. When building a new Client Information File (CIF) for an associate, be sure to choose the appropriate Insider Code.
To ensure the account has fees waived, do the following:
- On the associate CIF, view the Service Charge Information to determine if the fees are being waived.
- Service Charge Type should reflect W - Waive; the service charge will be waived.
- If the Service Charge Type reflects C - Charge; the account is to be assessed, do the following:
- Send an email to Traci Gilbert, Product Manager to request the fee waiver.
- Be sure to include the associate's full name, account number, and CIF number.
Note: Only one account per associate is waived.
