Through Bank@Work, business clients can offer their employees the benefit of receiving a $50 VISA rewards card when they open a Capital City Bank (CCB) consumer checking account and meet simple program requirements. Read through the accordions below to discover more about Bank@Work .
Discussing Bank@Work With Clients:

For Delivery Associates: This opportunity can be presented when opening new business accounts.
- Note: This program is aimed towards businesses with 10 or more employees. Determine if the business typically maintains a staff of at least 10 employees before beginning the discussion about Bank@Work.
- For Revenue Associates: Discuss with all your business clients, and register those that agree to participate.
Registering the Business
Once your client has agreed to participate, register them in the Bank@Work Portal.
- Locate the bundle-unique offer code on the back of a Bank@Work brochure bundle.
Do not open the brochure bundle!
Each brochure in the bundle has the same unique ID/offer code. When a business is registered for the program, they are given the entire bundle that was registered for them.
- On the Bank@Work Portal, enter the offer code.
- Click Go.
- On the Offer Code Activation Page enter the following information:
- Business name
- Business address
- Phone number
- Business e-mail
- Associate e-mail + 2 digit office number
- Click Register.
- Hand the brochure bundle to the client for them to distribute. They are now registered.
Employee Registration
Employees of participating businesses have several options for registering on ReferLive.
- Online at referlive.com/ccbgatwork.
- Scan the QR Code located on the back of the brochure with their mobile device
- Speak with a Referral Specialist by phone at 888.402.3165
If the employee chooses to register using the website or QR Code:
- They must enter their information into the registration fields.
- A Thank You Page message appears directing the employee to select a method to open their new account.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the $50 Visa referral reward card, clients must do the following:
- Open a new Capital City Bank personal checking account.
AND complete one of the following within 60 days of account opening:
- Make 10 or more debit card transactions.
- Note: Eligible transactions must be posted and settled; this excludes Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and pending transactions.
- Complete at least 1 direct deposit of $250 or more.
Brochure Bundles
Offices are expected to maintain an on-hand supply of Bank@Work brochure bundles.
- Each bundle consists of 25 brochures.
- Every brochure in the bundle having the same unique ID/offer code.
- Order additional brochure bundles through FMI.
These bundles are to remain unopened until they are handed to a newly activated business client.
