Note: When processing payments in the Loan Payment Portal (LPP) be sure to pull up the loan in Xperience to ensure it is not a CCHL loan. 
We CANNOT accept payments in the LPP for these loans. Refer the clients to CCHL to make their payment.
Send e-mail referrals to corporatereferrals@cchl.com. If desired, copy the mortgage consultant for the client's local area.
Referrals must include:
- Prospect's name
- Best contact number

To inquire on the referral status e-mail corporatereferrals@cchl.com and the mortgage consultant (if known).
Live Connection
If a client does not want to wait for someone to get back with him/her and wants to someone immediately, make a live connection with a CCHL mortgage consultant.
Obtain the contact information for a consultant in the client's area.
If you cannot make a live connection, provide the client with the mortgage consultant's phone number for the client's area.
