Clients and referred family and friends will earn a $50 Visa reward card when the referred person registers with ReferLive and meets all qualifications. To make a referral, existing clients register with ReferLive and share the offer. Referred family and friends must then register for the offer using a referral link shared by the referrer or shared on social media.  Eligibility for the $50 Visa referral reward card includes:

• Open a new Capital City Bank personal checking account.

AND complete one of the following within 60 days of account opening:

• Make 10 or more debit card transactions. 
  • Note: Eligible transactions must be posted and settled; this excludes Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and pending transactions.
• Complete at least 1 direct deposit of $250 or more

Clients that refer a new business checking account earn a $50 Visa reward card when the referred business registers with ReferLive and meets all qualifications. The business owner opening the new business checking account earns a $100 Visa reward card when they meet all qualifications. 

Qualifications include:

• Open a new Capital City Bank business checking account.

AND complete one of the following within 60 days of account opening:

• Make 10 or more debit card transactions.
  • Note: Eligible transactions must be posted and settled; this excludes ATM and pending transactions.
• Complete at least $500 in cumulative deposits.

Existing clients can submit registration and referral through referlive.com/ccbg.

 

To register with Referlive, do the following:
 

1. Register with ReferLive at www.referlive.com/ccbg.
2. When the Register information screen displays, clients complete the following information:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Email
   4. Verify email
   5. Physical address
   6. City, state, and zip
   7. Phone number
3. Click Register.
4. The Refer Friends screen displays. Enter first name, last name, and email address.
5. Click Send Offer. 

Once registered, clients have several ways to share with family and friends:

• Facebook
• Messenger
• Twitter
• LinkedIn
• Sharable link

Both the existing clients and referred clients will receive a Visa Reward Card once the referred friend registers using the shared referral link and completes all qualifications of the offer. Referrer may earn up to $500 per calendar year for qualified referrals. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the reward card after completing all offer requirements. 

Clients are welcomed with a personalized call script. The referral hotline can answer any question about the offer and complete a referral for existing clients. The hotline ambassador will explain the offer to the existing client and complete a registration/referral for the client over the phone.

Capital City Bank Associates should provide an associate email address and office number on every call with an ambassador for reporting purposes.

The ReferLive mobile app is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store. The mobile app gives clients the ability to share via email, Facebook, Twitter, and text messages.

To download ReferLive, do the following:
 

1. Search ReferLive to find the app.
2. Once installed, search for Capital City Bank.
3. Click Register.
4. Complete all required information.
