Initial Eligibility
Associates are eligible for consideration for a posted position after six (6) months of continuous service.
Transfer Eligibility
If you have transferred, been promoted, or accepted an offer for an internal position, you must remain in the position for at least 90 days before you are eligible for transfer or promotion to any other position.
Part-time associates with less than 90 days of service may apply for a full-time position at a similar level.
To apply for an internal position, do the following:
- From the StarAccess home page, click the Menu tab. The Myself menu displays.
- Find My Company and select View Opportunities. The Careers page displays.
- From the Careers page, click the position you are interested in to open the job details.
- Click Apply and submit your application.
