Viewing and Approving Team Time Off

To review and approve, reject, or cancel team PTO requests, do the following:

  1. On the StarAccess home page, click Menu > Myself tab.
  2. Under Benefits, click Time Off. The Time Off and Allowances dashboard displays.
  3. Click Time Off and AllowancesTeam Time Off. The Team TIme Off dashboard displays a snapshot of pending requests and planned team time off.
  4. View pending and planned time off in a list or as a monthly calendar. Note: The calendar view displays any bank-wide holidays, as well as both pending and approved requests.
  5. Click the associate's name. 
  6. Click one of the following:
    • Approve
    • Reject
    • Cancel Request
