To review and approve, reject, or cancel team PTO requests, do the following:
- On the StarAccess home page, click Menu > Myself tab.
- Under Benefits, click Time Off. The Time Off and Allowances dashboard displays.
- Click Time Off and Allowances > Team Time Off. The Team TIme Off dashboard displays a snapshot of pending requests and planned team time off.
- View pending and planned time off in a list or as a monthly calendar. Note: The calendar view displays any bank-wide holidays, as well as both pending and approved requests.
- Click the associate's name.
- Click one of the following:
- Approve
- Reject
- Cancel Request
