Being a Co-Star

Congratulations, you've been selected to be a Co-Star!

A Co-Star is a partner and a guide that helps new associates build a foundation of knowledge.  They partner with managers to deliver a consistently positive onboarding experience. and they are the go-to resource for new associates throughout their onboarding and new-hire period.
