Requesting System Access

We use Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to assign and access levels to Capital City Bank (CCB) computers, applications, and networks based on the associates' System Job Function Code (SJFC). This allows associates to have access rights only to the information they need to do their jobs, and prevents them from accessing information that does not pertain to them.

To request new or change existing access for an associate, use the System Security Application

Note: Requests are distributed to the appropriate departments and process within 3-5 business days.
