Appraisal Notice

The Appraisal Notice informs borrower(s) of their right to receive a copy of the appraisal used by the bank and is required by Dodd Frank.

The Appraisal Notice is required when the loan requested is secured by one of the following:

  • Commercial Real Estate
  • 1 - 4 family residential dwelling

When the application data is entered into DecisionPro (DPro) the Disclosure of Right to Receive a Copy of an Appraisal is generated. When the application is entered into Abrigo and signed electronically, the Notification of the Right to Receive a Copy of the Appraisal is included in the application disclosures.

When a business application is not signed electronically, print the Appraisal Notice.

The Disclosure of Right to Receive a Copy of an Appraisal must be given to the applicant within 3 business days of receipt of the application. Saturday is considered a business day.

If you need additional assistance with DecisionPro or Abrigo, please contact either _DecisionPro Help or _Abrigo Help.
