Verification Mobile Home is Real Property provides verification that appropriate measures have been taken to declare the mobile home part of the real estate and is therefore taxed as real property.

This verification required when the loan is secured by real estate with a mobile home and when the mobile home has been permanently affixed to the real estate. 

The Real Property Sticker numbers are to be obtained from the client and verification with the tax collector that the numbers are valid must be completed. 

Once completed, the Verification document is uploaded to Synergy (consumer purpose) or Abrigo (business purpose).
