Contractor's Final Affidavit

The Contractor's Final Affidavit is an acknowledgment from the building contractor stating:

  • Work has been completed according to plans and specs
  • Everyone that worked on the project has been paid in full
  • Anyone that provided materials for the project has been paid in full
  • No security interest has been given to anyone except Capital City Bank

 

The Contractor's Final Affidavit is completed: 

  • When construction has occurred on the collateral real estate
  • Prior to final draw disbursement
  • Prior to terminating a Notice of Commencement 
     

The completed Contractor's Final Affidavit should be summited to _Construction Administration
