Account Number and Client Information

When manually processing a transaction, encourage the client to provide their account number. Account number(s) can be found in the clients Online Banking Services or through the CCBMobile App. If a client does not have their account number, the account number and additional client information can be obtained using one of the following resources:


Internet Access Available 

Use one of the CCB information sites listed below:

Synapsys

  • Pull up Synapsys
    • Search by name, account number, or SSN/DOB.
    • Use 10 second view to locate the specific account.

Synergy

  • Log in Synergy (Enter User ID and password used for Silverlake. Organization is 0002)
  • Select Report View
  • Under Application - Select CF
  • Under Report - CF1000P CIF Master Account List
  • Choose most recent date
  • Click Open (bottom right corner of screen)
  • At top of next screen - Click Search
  • Select - Report Search
  • On the first line - Under Value
    • Enter client social security number (must include dashes 123-45-6789) or
    • Enter client first and last name
  • Click Find First
  • To ensure you have the correct client, ask client to verify three of the five identification questions.
  • Once you have verified the client's identity proceed with the transaction.

Entire Bank Not Offline


To obtain an account number and or client information when the entire bank is NOT offline, contact one of the following:

AND
  • Provide the following information:
    • Your name 
    • Office name
    • Proof of client's identity obtained from client (for example: account inquiry ID code, date of birth, DL number, client's social security number).
