A non-resident alien (NRA) is a non U.S. citizen who is not a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or has not been issued a Permanent Resident card.

CCB allows NRAs to have a banking relationship only if they are in the country for work or education purposes (for example: exchange student, professor, doctor, etc.).
