US Bank Deposit Slips

Each office should keep a sufficient supply of US Bank deposit slips. These slips are specifically printed for the office. The US Bank account number, CCB office name and assigned location number is printed/encoded on the deposit slip. The encoded numbers ensure correct office and shipment identification at US Bank.

US Bank deposit slips are ordered through Safeguard Business Systems & Forms of Tallahassee, Inc. and cannot be ordered through CCB Harland on-line system. To order US Bank Deposit Slips follow one of the procedures below:

In an emergency, a US Bank deposit slip may be obtained from another office. Prior to completing, the location number must be changed on the pre-printed deposit ticket. These tickets are processed as Deposit Errors and a surcharge fee is assessed by US Bank.

Loomis Customer Receipt Book

Each office should keep a sufficient supply of the Customer Consignment Log for documenting deposits to US Bank. These items are kept on the Loomis truck and can be obtained by asking the Loomis Courier. If Loomis does not have them available e-mail _SupportU.
