Clients receive a copy of the Terms and Conditions booklet, which contains our funds availability policy when a new account is opened and whenever they request it. Any change to the policy requires advanced notice to be sent to affected clients.

A brief summary of our funds availability policy must be posted in any area that receives consumer deposits. A notice must be posted at all proprietary Automated Teller Machine (ATMs) to advise that deposits may not be available immediately. 

If the cut-off for deposits is after noon, a notice must be posted on all proprietary ATMs. Deposit cut-off times later than noon make servicing the ATM more difficult.  Capital City Bank ATM transactions are subject to a 10 a.m. EST cutoff time.
