The Client Experience Manager (CXM) may request an exception to delay the standard training plan for an associate who is already scheduled to attend a training session. If unforeseen circumstances result in the need to request an exception, complete the Training Schedule Exception Request form and obtain signatures from the following:
- CXM requesting exception
- Regional Experience Manager (RXM)
- Human Resources Consultant (HRC)
- Regional Office Delivery Manager
Scan the completed and signed form to _StarU Online for final approval. Star University provides notification by e-mail of the exception approval or denial.
