A hiring manager (for example: Lead Teller, Client Experience Manager (CXM), Regional Experience Manager (RXM)) can submit a request for a position to be posted on the internal/external website by submitting a Position Posting Request Form to the Retail Office Delivery Manager, Janette Wagner. All Retail position postings must be reviewed and approved by a Janette Wagner prior to submitting a request to Human Resources (HR).
To request a position posting, complete the following steps:
- Contact your RXM to discuss position posting (if applicable).
- Click to access the Position Posting Request Form.
- Complete the form in its entirety including detailed information regarding the current associate’s reason for leaving (if applicable).
- E-mail the completed form to Janette Wagner for approval and copy your RXM on the e-mail.
- Once approved, Janette Wagner will forward approval and the form to HR for processing.
Please note the following:
- The HR Team post positions weekly.
- Requests submitted to your HRC by Monday at 5 p.m. are typically posted by Wednesday of the same week.
- Requests submitted to your HRC after Monday at 5 p.m. are posted the following week.
- All information on the form is required, incomplete information will require follow up and can delay position posting.
