New Retail Associate Password & System Access

Passwords MUST be changed on day 1 of employment. Please note this process may be time consuming but is essential. Contact the Help Desk at ext. 397400 for any issues.

Day 1 of Employment - Do the Following

On day one of employment, New Associates must do the following:

  1. Using the CSS Security Password received by e-mail to your manager, log in to the Network and change your password.
  2. Using the link in the JHAhosting e-mail from NoReply@jackhenry.com, enter the username and temporary password provided.
    1. You will be prompted to change your password to something easier to remember.
    2. Be sure to complete the Self-Service Password Reset enrollment which enables you to reset your forgotten password and unlock your account.
      1. If the associate does not yet have access to e-mail use this link - https://id.jhacloudservices.com/adaxes/SelfService#/SignIn
  3. Locate the Xperience 5370 Production icon on your desktop and click to Open Xperience.
    1. If the icon is not present on your desktop, See Xperience Install instructions.
  4. Open Xpereince
  5. Enter your JHAhosting username (5370c-XXXXXXX@jhahosting.com) and new password just established.
  6. Click Products.
  7. Select Silverlake.
  8. Navigate back to Products.
  9. Select CRM and use the initial password on the CSS Security Initial Password e-mail for the officer/username.
  10. Using network credentials, open the following programs:
  11. All tellers MUST set up a default printer to be able to print certain items:
    1.  On your PC, click the Start Icon .
    2. Type \\office name (for example: \\parkway, \\alachua, or \\newberry) and hit Enter. 
    3. Do one of the following:
      • Right-click the B2000L01G0 (lobby) or B2000L02G0 (drive-thru) and choose Connect.
      • Right-click the Statement Printer Icon and choose Connect. 
    4. Click the Start Icon and type Control Panel.
    5. Choose Devices and Printers.
    6. Right-click on the Statement Printer and choose Set as default printer.
    7. If the printer does not appear in the Devices and Printers list, contact the Help Desk at ext. 397400.
