Passwords MUST be changed on day 1 of employment. Please note this process may be time consuming but is essential. Contact the Help Desk at ext. 397400 for any issues.
Day 1 of Employment - Do the Following
On day one of employment, New Associates must do the following:
- Using the CSS Security Password received by e-mail to your manager, log in to the Network and change your password.
- Using the link in the JHAhosting e-mail from NoReply@jackhenry.com, enter the username and temporary password provided.
- You will be prompted to change your password to something easier to remember.
- Be sure to complete the Self-Service Password Reset enrollment which enables you to reset your forgotten password and unlock your account.
- If the associate does not yet have access to e-mail use this link - https://id.jhacloudservices.com/adaxes/SelfService#/SignIn
- Locate the Xperience 5370 Production icon on your desktop and click to Open Xperience.
- If the icon is not present on your desktop, See Xperience Install instructions.
- If the icon is not present on your desktop, See Xperience Install instructions.
- Open Xpereince.
- Enter your JHAhosting username (5370c-XXXXXXX@jhahosting.com) and new password just established.
- Click Products.
- Select Silverlake.
- Navigate back to Products.
- Select CRM and use the initial password on the CSS Security Initial Password e-mail for the officer/username.
- Using network credentials, open the following programs:
- Centrix
- E-mail (Outlook)
- StarU Training

All tellers MUST set up a default printer to be able to print certain items:
- On your PC, click the Start Icon
.
- Type \\office name (for example: \\parkway, \\alachua, or \\newberry) and hit Enter.
- Do one of the following:
- Right-click the B2000L01G0 (lobby) or B2000L02G0 (drive-thru) and choose Connect.
- Right-click the Statement Printer Icon and choose Connect.
- Right-click the B2000L01G0 (lobby) or B2000L02G0 (drive-thru) and choose Connect.
- Click the Start Icon and type Control Panel.
- Choose Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on the Statement Printer and choose Set as default printer.
- If the printer does not appear in the Devices and Printers list, contact the Help Desk at ext. 397400.
- On your PC, click the Start Icon
