To inquire on the General Ledger (GL), do the following:
- In Xperience > Products > SilverLake, choose SilverLake under the Functions sections.
2. Click General Ledger Inquiry.
3. In the Branch Number field, use the drop-down menu to select your office.
4. Enter the Account Number. and select your cost center and click search.
5. Use the drop-down menu to choose your Cost Center.
6. Click Search.
7. Click the History icon in your toolbar or select History from Related Functions.
8. Click on the Field Chooser to select more options to view (for example: Amount, Batch, Description).
9. To view the item posted click View Check Image.
10. The image of the ticket displays in a separate tab with details about the transaction.
