Online Services

 

The Online Services department functions as a back office for setting up clients with online banking and as a help desk for Treasury Management clients over both phone and e-mail.

Online Services performs several duties, including:

  • Required processing for new and existing online banking services in all systems, such as Netteller and Q2 
  • Loading and performing requested maintenance for all new consumer and business online services and e-documents 
  • Enrolling online banking clients for e-documents and reconciling B2B transfers and iPay payments daily 
  • Supporting the sale of Treasury Management products and services by providing technical, operational, and administrative assistance to internal and external clients to ensure maximum efficiency and service quality
  • Addressing and completing online banking maintenance from Synapsys events, which includes any kind of account maintenance a client might need for their online banking service 
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures of Capital City Bank
