Deleting an Unsent Transaction

STOP! Before deleting a transaction, review all transaction history to ensure this is the necessary action AND that you are working with the correct transaction.

An unsent transaction can be deleted by doing the following:

  1. In the Transaction Processing screen, highlight the transaction and click Delete.
  2. A prompt displays, click OK.
  3. Enter a detailed explanation for deleting the transaction.
  4. When prompted, confirm the transaction to be deleted and click Yes.
 
 

Deleting a Sent Transaction

STOP! Before deleting a transaction, review all transaction history to ensure this is the necessary action AND that you are working with the correct transaction.

A sent transaction can be deleted by doing the following:

  1. In the Transaction Processing screen, highlight the transaction and click Delete.
  2. A prompt displays, contact your Supervisor and click OK.
    • Note: deleting a sent transaction requires supervisor override.
  3. Once deleted, the following prompt displays.
  4. Remove the work from the day's work and return to the client.
