Teller Item Capture - Non-Cash Drawer Procedures

Non-Cash drawers in Xperience Teller Processing accommodate 

To process your work for teller capture, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the computer using your network credentials.
  2. Open the Xperience program from the desktop.
       
  3. When Xperience launches Click Products > Teller > Teller Processing.
  4. Select your CCB office location and click OK.
  5. The available non-cash drawer that has been assigned to you displays.
  6. Verify the Date reflects today's date and click Open Drawer.
    1. If the drawer is on the wrong date, the following message displays:
      1. Click Cancel.
      2. On the Select Drawer screen, highlight your drawer and click Balance.
      3. Click Balance on the Cash Summary screen.
      4. Check the Balance Options box to close the current date and advance to the next business day.
  7. To process your work, click F: GL Transaction or enter F in the Speed Key box.    
                        
  8. Click Scan Documents in the top left and insert documents into the scanner.

  9. Click Scanning Complete.
  10. Review and Accept any item status issues.
  11. Review documents scanned for accuracy/legibility and ensure the transactions balance (Credits and Debits).
  12. Click Finished.
  13. Review the Transaction Processing screen to ensure all fields are populated correctly. 
    1. Note: Once you scan the items, the account number and total deposit amount populate automatically.
  14. Click Complete.
  15. Review any Reg CC Hold Alert recommendations.
  16. Click Finished on the Transaction Summary Screen.
  17. Once all transactions are processed for the day, Roll Date

  18. Click Exit Drawer.
     
    1. When a user exit's a drawer, a prompt displays and any unsent transactions are sent before advancing the business day.
  19. Close out Xperience.
  20. To clear the processing computer, hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete and choose Switch User.
    1. The computer is now ready for another user to access the system and run transactions.
