• On the floor
• Under a drawer
• In a cash counter
• In a shred bin
• In a safe deposit box room
• In the parking lot
• In the drive thru
• In the garbage

Use the GL account number XXX.560400.6315.000 to write off the cash found. Enter your office number in place of the X's (for example: 066.560400.6315.000).

Note: Found foreign coin or currency (under $100) is to be written off. Foreign currency found in excess of $100 is to be turned over to local law enforcement.
