The Lead Teller (LT) must run the Performance Standard records report in Expert Supervisor each month by the 10th, or sooner, if no recoveries are expected.

Messages
Welcome
Displays Unread Messages and Corrective Actions Pending
View Messages
This allows you to view and read any unread messages and review any previously read messages. Once you have read a message, click Mark as read.
Associates
Human Resources (HR) is responsible for the associates assigned to each Manager in the Performance Standard System. Associates are added, moved or deleted in the system when an Associate New Hire Form, Associate Status Change Form or Associative Separation Form is received in HR.
My Associates
A list of current associates assigned to the Manager are displayed. The following options are available for each associate. Select an associate by clicking the button next to the associate name.

View selected associate - Lists information pertaining to the associate such as:
- Job Title
- Capital City Bank Identification Number (CCBID #)
- Effective Date of Performance Standards

Performance Standards Individual Record - Allows Manager to view the outages report for each associate by reporting month, date range, or year-to-date.
- To print the report after selecting the month, date range, or YTD, click Performance Standards Individual Record.
- Teller Outages - Allows Manager to view records and print Other Cash Losses and Chargeback Item Losses charged to the associate.
- Corrective Actions for Associate - Lists the maintenance history of each associates corrective actions. The history may be viewed, updated or printed.
Office Outage Report
At the end of the month print the Office Outage Report and place a file designated for the Vault, Dispenser SunTrust.
Corrective Action
If an associate outage, either by itself or when added to the cumulative total, requires disciplinary action, the notification moves to the Corrective Actions section. There is no notification in the Enter Daily Outages screen.
Going forward the following message appears on the Welcome page: "You have corrective actions pending."
The action could be for one associate or multiple associates. The message continues to appear until the associate(s) corrective actions are resolved. Click Corrective Actions > View/Update.
View / Update
This screen contains information pertaining to action required for one or multiple associates. A history of all associates Correction Action is available. Pending action, if any, are displayed when you open the screen. Complete actions may be displayed according to the final status by expanding the drop down field. The following information is displayed for items within each applicable status.

Status
To view and/or complete the corrective action, click the button to the left of the associate's line item and click View/Update. The following information is displayed. A printable copy of the required action form is accessible from this screen.

Carelessness Memo
While you are not able to electronically complete this form, some of the information is pre-filled for you. Print this form and hand write comments as applicable to the associate's outages and review. The form must be signed and dated by the associate and manager. Scan the memo and a copy of the associates most recent Performance Record to your Human Resources Consultant (HRC). A copy is not to be retained in the associates office file.
Associate Warning Notice
Take this action at the end of the applicable period as detailed in Performance Standards or sooner if the research indicates that no recovery is possible. Click Print Warning Notice. While you are not able to fill this form in online, much of the information is pre-filled for you. Once you have printed the form, you must then complete any missing information. The associate and the manager must sign the completed form. Scan the Warning Notice and a copy of the associates Performance Standards Record to your HRC. A copy is not to be retained in the associates office file.
Separation
Contact your Human Resources Consultant (HRC) Before taking any action.
If you would like to request an exception for this associate, click Print Exception Request. While you are not able to fill this form in online, much of the information is pre-filled for you. Once you have printed the form, you must then complete any missing information. Contact your HRC for information required on the Exception Request. Once approved by HR, the associate and manager must sign the completed form. Scan the Exception Request and a copy of the associate's Performance Standard Record to your HRC. A copy is not to be retained in the associates office file.
Action Status
When corrective action is resolved (for example: Carelessness Memo, Associate Warning Notice, Separation) change the associate's Action Status as is appropriate.

Once all entries are completed and forms printed, click Save.
