Teller cash limits are based on the Capital City Bank (CCB) system security level an associate is assigned. In the transaction processing system, an associate is prompted for a supervisor override for amounts over the system security level they are assigned. Lead Teller (LT), Client Experience Manager (CXM/CXMII), and Advanced Tellers are assigned supervisor override authority (for example: System level 4 & 5).
Offline
CCB client account-ownership, status and balance information cannot be verified when the system is offline. Supervisor's initials are required on the transactions over the offline limits below.

Teller Override and Supervisor Override
An override denotes extra caution when reviewing account alerts, messages, balances, signature verification, stop payments, and teller limits.
- Overrides appear as transactions are processed, when applicable.
- Depending on the authority level of the user, some warnings can be overridden; others may require a supervisor override.
- Do not process any transaction until ALL overrides are viewed, verified and applicable procedures are followed based on the override details.
- Override prompts are not available in offline mode. Refer to Cash Limits Chart.

Offline and Manual Transaction Processing transactions that require an initial are noted in each system security level.
