Capital City Bank (CCB) clients may request for funds to be transferred from one CCB account to another. If the transfer request is received by phone, refer the client to an associate who can process the transaction as a Monetary Online Transaction (for example: Lead Teller, Teller IV, Personal Bankers and Traveling Associates).
If unable to process as a monetary online transaction, 2 associates are required to process the transaction as follows:
- Ensure the client requesting the transfer is an owner on the debiting account.
- Both associates must verify the client's identity.
- In Xperience > Teller Processing complete a Speed Key T - Transfers transaction.
- Search for the client in the Customer Information panel.
- In the Instrument field, enter L - Lobby or D - Drive Thru.
- Use the drop-down menu to choose the account to transfer FROM.
- Enter the amount to transfer FROM.
- Use the drop-down menu to choose the account to transfer TO.
- Enter the amount to transfer TO.
- In the ID Information field, enter the identification information details.
- Click Complete.
- Review the Transaction Summary screen to ensure the Account information and transfer amounts are correct.
