To set up Microsoft Teams, follow the steps below:

  1. Access Microsoft Teams.
  2. Check your CCBG.com work email and use the email address and password sent from Microsoft.com. Note: The email address you use to access Teams has a ccbgroup.onmicrosoft.com domain (for example: Jdoe@ccbgroup.onmicrosoft.com).
  3. The system asks you to update your password when accessing the site for the first time. 
  4. Create a permanent password.  
    1. If you have set up a password previously and need it reset, email Application Services.
  5. Access Teams from a web browser or download the app to your work-issued computer. 
  6. If prompted to enter admin credentials to complete the install, dial the Help Desk at 397400 to allow Network/Help Desk Support to complete the installation.
