Changing Online Banking Service Owners for Business Clients

To change the Online Banking service owner for a business client, do the following: 

  1. In Xperience, check the signature card. 
    1. Look up the client by clicking Customer & Account Inquiry > Related Functions.  
    2. Click Document/Image Inquiry. 
    3. Choose the most recent signature card. 
    4. Determine if the current Online Banking service owner is no longer a signer on the signature card.
      • If the Online Banking service owner is NOT a signer, continue with submitting the Synapsys service event.
      • If the Online Banking service owner is still a signer, obtain a letter signed by this person requesting the change and naming the new owner
  2. Create this Synapsys service event: Change Business Service Owner.
    1. Complete all applicable fields.
    2. Attach the letter to the Synapsys service event (if applicable).
    3. Click Submit.
