Below are common reasons clients may experience issues with accessing our Online Banking Services. Click the names below for detailed steps to resolve the issue.

Accepting Cookies: If a device browser is not set up to allow cookies from CCBG.com, the client needs a SAC (secure access code) each time he/she logs in to Online Banking. Clients need to enable their browsers to accept cookies in order to avoid this issue. 

Browser Compatibility: Clients may experience issues with Online Banking due to the browser being used to access our services. Clients can be advised to download alternative browsers for our services. 

Update Apple Safari: Most newer Apple operating system (OS) versions automatically update whenever updates are available. Note: The Online Banking service is no longer compatible with the Windows version of Safari.

Foreign Clients: Clients who live overseas may not be able to receive a secure access code for access to their accounts using online banking services.
