Drawer Availability
There are 3 possible availability types in Teller:
New
If the administrator manually adds a drawer to the system, the availability is New the first time the drawer is accessed. The user is required to select a processing date and enter the beginning cash for the drawer.

Available
Available is the drawer availability when the drawer is accessible. Only this availability allows the user to sign in to the drawer.

In Use
The In Use status appears when the drawer is not accessible because another user is already signed into the drawer or the user is already signed in to the drawer at another workstation. The current user is required to sign out before another user can access the drawer.
Note: If the user is not signed into the drawer at another workstation, contact a supervisor.

The Open Drawer button is grayed out, therefore another user cannot sign into the drawer.
