Overview

The Star is one of our greatest business assets and it’s up to each Capital City Bank associate to promote and protect it by using our logo properly. Click through the tabs and accordions for more information on how you can do your part.

Always remember, when in doubt, ask Marketing!

For more information about the role Marketing plays in proudly representing Capital City Bank, check out the Star Banker Marketing article.

Brand Standards

Branding is important, even in a simple voicemail or e-mail. Help us ensure our clients get an authentic Capital City experience every time. Click on the accordions below to find out how you can put your best foot forward.

Logo Usage and Requests

Follow instructions for adding the logo to e-mail signatures properly (do not copy/paste from somewhere else). Logos are often requested by community partners as part of sponsorships and are available upon request. All logo usage must be approved in advance by Marketing, so please review guidelines for logo usage and request a logo here when needed.

Nametags

Nametags belong on your right side, should be straight (and in good condition!), and should be worn at all times.

Replacement nametags are $10.95 each and may be ordered through Human Resources (HR) using this order form.

Banker's Standards

SAM is a set of best practices in client service and business etiquette that differentiates Capital City and our bankers from the competition. The Service Always Matters (SAM) Handbook article has tips for putting your best foot forward through e-mail, phone, and voicemail. It also has a link to the full SAM handbook, where you can learn how to professionally correspond with your clients, how to improve your mingle-ability, and so much more.

Depending on what type of event being sponsored, StarBrand has several options for invitations, give-ones, PowerPoint templates, talking points, stickers, and more under the Special Events section.
