Cross Application Item Entry and Update

To enter or update cross-application items, do the following:

  1. Verify the identity of the client by using one of the following:
  2. In Xperience > Customer & Account Inquiry. 
  3. Search for the client using account number, name, CIF, or Tax ID. 
  4. View the current balance field in Xperience to assure funds are available for the partial withdrawal amount requested by the client.
  5. If funds are not available, stop processing the transaction. Otherwise, continue to step 6.
  6. In Xperience, > Silverlake > > CIF Menu > Cross Application Item Entry/Update (Multiple).
  7. In the Batch Number field, hit enter.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Add.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Fold/Unfold.  
  12. Enter the Account Number.
  13. Enter the Account Type of D, S, T, L, or GL.
  14. Enter the Transaction Code. The transaction code will print a corresponding message on the client’s statement.
  15. Enter the amount of the transaction (no decimal point) in the Amount(.2) field.
  16.  In the Print on Notice field, use the drop down arrow to choose No.
  17. Complete the description fields
  18. Verify that the transaction is in balance. 
  19. Click Submit.
