Once your associate has completed their assigned training they must upload the signed page of the checklist as an attachment. After the associate has uploaded the signed checklist, the manager will need to electronically acknowledge completion of the training. For instructions on both pieces of this process click on the tabs below.
Uploading Checklist (Associate)
Before getting started, ensure you have all necessary signatures on the final sheet of the post-training checklist. Scan and save the sheet to your computer.
Below are the instructions for uploading your signed checklist.
- Log in to StarU Online.
- On the homepage, click My Transcripts.
- Open the appropriate curriculum. (For example: If you are completing your Teller training, open the Teller School: Post-Training curriculum.)
- Next to Post-Training Completion Sign-Off, click View Checklist.
- Click the Attachments tab.
- Click Choose File.
- Navigate to the file's location, select it, and click Open.
- Click Add.
- Click Save.
Signing Off Checklist (Manager)
Below are the instructions for signing off on your associates checklist.
- Login to StarU Online.
- Click the Menu icon.
- Click Performance.
- Click Observation Checklist.
- Click the checklist you're validating for the appropriate associate.
- Check the box for completion. Ensure the Validated By, Date, and Signature fields populate correctly.
- Click Sign to finalize the checklist.
