If you receive information in a password protected PDF and you want to save the document without a password, do the following:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Press Ctrl + O.
3. Select Protected Document. 
4. Enter the Password provided by the sender of the document.
5. Right click on your mouse and select Print.
6. Click Change.
7. Select Save as PDF.
8. Click Save.
9. Select the location to save the unprotected file.
10. Save the document.
