Retail associates (traveler and non-traveler) that travel to attend training or to conduct Bank business are eligible to receive mileage reimbursement and travel time adjustments.
Mileage and Meals Reimbursement
Accurate mileage reimbursement requests can be filed one time per month and are the responsibility of the Retail Traveler and Non-Traveler associate and their manager.

In Banktel, reimbursement reports should include the associate’s name, Home Office, and Other Office traveled within the comments section.

Situations when mileage is not reimbursed:
- If an associate is asked to travel to an office that is less mileage than their normal daily commute to their assigned home office, no mileage is reimbursed.
- Mileage for weekend work commute is not reimbursed unless the travel is required for office coverage and is approved in advance by a manager.
- Mileage for optional events at the Office during non-working hours will not be reimbursed.
Travel Time Adjustments
Travel time more than their normal commute to their Home Office can be adjusted and approved by an associate's manager.
Examples of time adjustments:
