STAR Bucks

Associate Spot Bonus Program

Overview

At Capital City Bank (CCB), we know our success is tied directly to the contributions of hard-working associates in all areas of our operation, and we think extraordinary effort should be recognized! We want to monetarily celebrate the contributions of our associates to the Bank’s success.

Every CCB associate can nominate their fellow co-worker(s) for STAR Bucks awards. All associates are invited to submit nominations. Associates may solicit recommendations from other associates and managers, and may submit recommendations for associates in other departments. Associates can even nominate a entire group.
