Q2 Central is our back-end application that assists clients with Online Banking service issues.  

To log in to Q2 Central, do the following:

1. To launch Q2 Central, double-click the Q2 Central icon.
2. The Server field defaults to *Capital City Bank.
3. Enter login ID and password.
4. Click Login.
5. A Token Required will open asking for a code to be entered.
   
6. To get the code, click the VIP Access icon on your desktop.
   
7. Enter the 6-digit Security Code from VIP Access in the Code filed in Q2 Central.
   
   • These codes are 1 time use only. Do not save the code to try to reuse it at another time.
   • The Security Code changes every 30 seconds. Once you have copied the code use it immediately in Q2 Central.
8. Click Submit
9. Under Reporting, click (######) Logins.
