Disabling Online Banking Profiles-Q2 Central

When a client has notified the bank that their Online Banking (BOL) profile has been compromised or potentially compromised, it is important to disable that profile from further use.  

 

To disable the profile complete the following steps:

  1.  Login to Q2 Central.
  2. Once you are logged into Q2 Central, click Logins from the left side of the page
  3. Locate the client's Online Banking profile by entering client's CIF in the field indicated in the image below. 

     
  4. On the client's profile, right click on the blue highlighted row to open a menu. 
  5. Select Disable Login.

     
  6. Double check that the status now reads Login Disabled
  7. Once the login has been disabled in Q2 Central, e-mail _Transactional Risk & Fraud Prevention with details of the BOL compromise.
