If a client does not feel comfortable saying their request out loud, or if they are having a difficult time hearing the Virtual Banker, try using the Chat function.
To chat with a client, do the following:
- Open chat by clicking Chat > Show Chat.
- Type a message to the client, and send it by pressing the Enter key.
- To close the chat, click X.
Note: This is a particularly good option to use when you are troubleshooting sound quality issues during a call.
