Overview
There are a variety of NCR products used as a Virtual Banker (VB). While all 3 are part of the same overall system, each has a unique purpose that will help you be successful as a VB. The programs are:
- TellerNow!: This is the program all transactions will be conducted through, and this is what hard posts those transactions in the system. This is also the screen that calls are answered in, and that the video is streamed through. TellerNow! is the workhorse.
- Dashboard: This is used for monitoring the machines, as well as teller statuses and video monitoring.
- Network Manager: Open in browser tool (Chrome is best) used to research and run reports. If there is a need to go back and review a session, check totals, or check statistics this is where it is done.
Initial Setup
Click on the accordions below to learn how to initially set up each of the NCR programs.
Dashboard
- Open Dashboard.
- In the Options screen, locate the Server Host box.
- Type in the current server name.
- Click OK.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Enter.
- Once logged in, click Menu.
- In the drop-down menu, click Module Browser.
- In the new window, click to Load View the following:

Machine Queueing > Machine Queue
- Machine Status > All Indicators
- Teller Status > All Indicators

TellerNow!
- Open TellerNow!.
- Click Setup.
- Type in the Server Name.
- Click OK.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Click Log In.
- In the TellerNow! window, select Options > Video Setup.
- In the new window select your headset and camera.
- Click Close.
- Move the TellerNow! window to the teleprompter screen. This makes it appear as if you are looking directly at the client when you conduct transactions.
Network Manager
- Open a browser window. (Note: Chrome is recommended.)
- Go to Network Manager.
- Bookmark the login page.
- Click the star icon in your browser to favorite/bookmark it and save it to your bookmark bar.

- Tip: Allow your browser to remember your username and password for this site. Network Manager logs out after 15 minutes regardless of use. This will allow you to login in and get access to the information you need swiftly.
- Click the star icon in your browser to favorite/bookmark it and save it to your bookmark bar.

Tip: All 3 programs share the same user name and password. If the password is changed for one, the others will be changed automatically.
