Obtaining Client Account Information

This feature allows the Virtual Banker to securely receive an account number or last 4 digits of a Social Security Number (SSN) without the client verbalizing personal information.


To securely obtain an account number or the client's last 4 digits of their SSN, do the following:

  1. Click Member Information.
  2. Ask the client to enter the full account number or last 4 digits of their SSN.
    1. If given the Last 4 of the SSN, request the client's Last Name
    2. Note: In order to locate the correct account in Xperience you must use either the full account number or both the Last 4 of the SSN and the client's last name.
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Click Copy to copy the number.
  5. From the drop-down menu, choose Member ID.
  6. Click Save and Close.
