During a session, situations occasionally occur when you may need to place a client on hold for a short period of time to address the client’s needs.
To place a client on hold, do the following:
- Ask the client for permission to place them on hold.
- Click HOLD.
- Note: The banker can still see and hear the client, but the client cannot see or hear the banker.
- To resume the session, click UNHOLD.
- Thank the client for holding.
