When an office is unable to access Xperience for processing the Wire Transfer Instruction form, use the Disaster Recovery form or refer the client to another office for processing.
To use the Disaster Recovery form, do the following:
- Obtain the form.
- Complete all required information on the form.
- Complete all other applicable wire transfer procedures for approval and exception processes. (For Example: wire request >$50k, officer approved exception to in-person wire request policy, etc.)
- To confirm wire input authority, complete the Wire Transfer Instructions form, then email the _Wires Group the following information:
- Name/account number of client
- Amount of wire
- Approval acknowledging as the input associate, you completed the Wire Transfer Instructions Form
- Submit/scan the completed Wire Transfer Instructions form and if applicable, all supporting documents, to the Wires group.

Note: If you have more than 1 wire transfer you are processing for a client, you must scan each wire form and supporting documents separately, as they are recorded by sequence number.
