Application Services Instant Issue Responsibilities

These are tasks that Application Services performs as part of supporting Instant Issue printers and related hardware.

New Printer Install

  • Add computers to an Instant Issue office in Card Wizard 
    • Add new computers (or new-to-the-office computers) to an existing Instant Issue office 
    • Add computers to a new Instant Issue location 
  • Link card formats - Set the consumer and business formats for the printer in Card Wizard, so that the printer can print both types of cards
  • Install new Instant Issue printers

  • Instant Issue printer troubleshooting and error resolution
  • Maintaining and updating Card Wizard and all associated applications on the Instant Issue servers
  • Quarterly Instant Issue email list updates
