Xperience Banner Messages

Did you know that Banner Messages in Xperience alert our associates and help to prevent fraud?

 

A banner message displays on the client's CIF in Xperience for 30-days after a change to an address, phone number, or e-mail. Banner message(s) only appear on the CIF that was used to change the contact information. Be sure to access each signer's CIF to view recent contact information changes.

Example: Joint Account with Joe and Sally Williams
                                         Joe     CIF WAB1234
                                         Sally   CIF WAB6789
 

Sally Williams requested a cell phone number change, the Home Cell Phone Change Banner Message will only appear on CIF WAB6789.
 

It is imperative that you remain diligent in your client identification efforts, especially when you see one of the following banner messages:
