Payment Process for a Loan Only Client

Clients without a Capital City Bank deposit account may make payments online using our Loan Payment Portal. At this time they are unable to view any information regarding their loan on the portal. If they need information regarding their loan they can contact the Client Service Center by phone, 888.671.0400, or by chat at ccbg.com. 

Note: Transactional limit is $5,000 but multiple transactions are allowed on the same day.

Use the following instructions to guide loan only clients through accessing and navigating the Loan Payment Portal. 

  1. On the Capital City Bank home page, click Log In
  2. In the Log In to Your Accounts window, click Online Banking to expand the accounts drop-down menu. 
  3. Select Loan Payments
  4. In the External Link Notice window, click Proceed
  5. This takes you to the Loan Payment Portal, https://harland.billeriq.com/ebpp/CCBG/.
  6. Select Pay Now
    • Note: While loan only clients can continue as a guest, it is best practice to encourage them to enroll and create a login ID and password.
  7. Direct the client to enter their Loan Number and Last 4 of Social Security Number (SSN). 
  8. Click Pay Now
  9. They will prompted to enter the banking information they wish to use for their payment.
    • Note: The clients will need their bank account and routing number to make their payment. Credit and debit cards are not accepted as forms of payments.
