When opening or revising a business account, if a Business name is printing out as a signer on the signature card, you can re-sequence the signers by doing the following:
- In Account Maintenance (Platform), have the associate click on the CIF portion of the account.
- Click Relationships.
- Click Re-sequence.
- Move the non-personal CIF to the very top by putting a 1 (one) next to the name.
- Click OK.
- Once in streamline again, make sure to input the #3 in the business relationship/signers portion.
